Here's my list of majors I'm considering, here:

English
History
Modern Languages
Political Science

And the minor I've decided on is "Interdisciplinary Legal Studies". Fun classes such as "Substantive Criminal Law", lol.

Pros and cons of each major:

English
+ I liek English. :D
+ I'm good at it. I read fast, absorb meanings, symbolism, all that jazz really easily.
+ I write a damn good paper. In fact, every time I read anything at all, I form thesis sentences for papers all the time. You should see my goddamn copy of Catcher in the Rye. There's like 5 thesis sentences for papers I could have written after every single chapter. Written in. In blue gel pen.
+ Dad majored in English? I dunno.
- ...I hate reading. No, seriously. I really, really hate it. And in college, you can't breeze through by reading the Cliff Notes. I know this. >>; And Mr. Watkins prepared me for that by writing quizzes on reading with questions that specifically were not in the Cliff Notes. Damn you for being a good teacher!!!

Uh, more later... time to board teh plane.
